An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a fast growing Civil Contractor in Perth.
Based in Perth, and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be overseeing the running and completion of many projects in the fields of subdivision developments and public infrastructure, including stormwater drainage, water main reticulation, deep sewerage and underground utilities.
You will be offered an attractive salary package, with possible benefits such as vehicle allowance, mobile phone, laptop plus more.
You will have the following:
- Good experience in civil works including strong background in heavy sub-division
- A minimum of 6 years experience in Civil Management roles
- The ability to establish good relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones
- A good knowledge of local legislations
